It becomes a 30s cast CH. The CH also places a buff on the target for 7.5minutes. The buff prevents any future BP click from healing this player.

So you can no longer spam free BP clicks on a target. It however is still useful for clicking on a charmed per occasionally to top it's HP off or on each player after a rez to top of HP or on a MT every 7.5min to save 400 mana (more like save... 300 since specialization and losing 3 med ticks)

No more duoing Ragefire or Spore King just by spamming the BP.

I think this item would still be considered a great to have for the Cleric mains out there. Despite the new scenario, it should continue to prove to be helpful.
