a server restart is not awesome because you can get a shiny new item, what was the most fun about p99 back in 2009-2010 was that most of the population was in the low-mid level range, very social, modestly geared, and new to the content at the time

There is no server restart, the recycled server will not be trashed, it will be merged with the current, increasing the items on the current.

No restart of the existing server, but the one that merges into it will restart. The. People can retain all their progress while experiencing a blmak slate whenever they like. 100% Agree, very appealing idea, almost shit myself when they said it on stream...
