It is as good as it sounds... sort of.
It is 4 target and lasts 3 minutes if full duration. In Classic dungeons and dungeons like Karnor's this is good. Howling Stones, Sebilis, and Velious zones, where most mobs are 50+... This AE Root does 190 DMG, 2-3 casts puts most mobs in summoning HP. Most mobs over 50 will not last full duration. Those like Sebilite Juggernauts last maybe 30-60s if you are lucky. It is OP in content that is green/blue. When the mobs are 51+ though it stops being OP.
