The difference is I have always been happy to hand over the camp once I got a Crown if someone was waiting for the camp, especially if it was for someone that needed a crown.

Leveling is the easy, casual part. Getting the camps and spending enough time so that the item will actually drop (unless you're insanely lucky) is the neckbeard part.

After 4 years in kunark, someone who has been playing consistently should have more than one level 60, especially with tunnelquesting and paying for PLs.
