To sum it up for you. There are a few things that dll does. The exe uses that dll to search for 2 exploit programs in which you MIGHT be running. Those exploit programs are explicitly designed to exploit Everquest.

Due to this, there was a signature created years ago to detect this. Like myriverse said, no threat, per say.
