Yes because surely there is no way a lowely lvl 28 on P99 could have defeated these raid targets in the past.

Welcome to the modern world of cell phones and social network sites. It is perfectly feasible to have a raid force available within a minute or two to kill a boss as IB and DA have been doing it for months.

You may as well attack a subject on this server that deserves it, like the cheaters. And yes, I know it's interesting that I bring it up considering Koota...cheating is much more widespread than I ever would have thought until recent events. It's a big problem.
