Then, you might begin to understand that they take care of IP exemptions in batches, considering that it's not their highest priority within the development scope to take care of every individual and their loved one's needs as soon as you need them to. It could take a day to get your exemption, it could take weeks. It all depends when they do them all in bulk.

Like I said, it sucks balls that exemptions take a month. But the devs quite obviously aren't apathetic about everything around there, or, ya know... there wouldn't be an "around here" in the first place.
