Reading this thread I see a lot of the old ways of relating to other guilds coming out.

This server needs to congratulate and support guilds here that aren't run by Lite/Nizzar and hope they grow.

I think Max and I's elf sim relationship long ago crashed into the rocks but I like his guild and what he's trying to do here. He's got the hard job for now as far as I'm concerned. Grats on dragon.

Well, here's the concern I think Tuna is bringing up.

You know well that a player can't advance very far without a guild. No elf is an island. So by not kicking out your most toxic and unskilled players, you are supporting them and empowering them. If you start booting problem players, trolls, scums, and bads, they will find themselves without the support of a guild. They may then change their behavior; and if they don't, they'll stay guildless and without a chance to get raid gear. Plus, you would end up with a better guild - not only because a problem player has been kicked, but also because other members of your guild will see you there are consequences for behaving badly.

Velious is going to be a real rude awakening for some people. Recruitment standards already exist as we speak. Qazzaz was just identified and removed for being a recently scummy piece of shit as well as one in the past.

We got a full schedule and do our best. You do need to report scummery to our officers. Even if they aren't removed on the spot, we keep our eye on the troublemakers.

People made this massive mistake from square 1 as making themselves the top guild's mortal enemy here. Build up a little first then come @ them.
