The entire expansion wont be released but they have mentioned plans for custom content which may include a PoP encounter or 2. Sounds like a lot of fun but extremely tough considering the absence of VT gear. However custom content would be really easy for them since they would only have to code the encounters and not an entire expansion. Who knows what types of custom content they may add in later.
