PVP means shit unless the other side has equal numbers, but thats not going to happen.

i would agree if it is PVE and pixels that make you happy and that is how you enjoy this game.

however, that is not the case for all people.

why do you play this game if not mainly for PvE? It's not like the PvP here is that exciting. There's little to no mass pvp. Most of the time at level 60 it's very difficult to find anyone in range to fight if you're not a wizard/druid who can port around. When you do find someone most of the time they out number you so you can't engage. And if that doesn't apply then most of the time they gate or plug on you. When you do kill someone they instantly respawn with no loss whatsoever other than time.

The lowbie PvP game can be fun, but personally for me I end up feeling guilty murking people in cloth tunics* so I don't enjoy it.

don't get me wrong, classic was a ton of fun when everyone was leveling up and it was a constant fight in every zone, but now if you're some hardcore pvper, I dunno how you possibly get your fix on p99.

The best pvp is 60vs60 battles. The best best pvp is 60vs60vs60 which is more ideal because the top guild will be targeted first by the lesser guilds which balances shit out and the top guild will won't always win.

Both which I've experienced on live plenty of times. Battles last hours and it isn't that bullshit plug PVP.

But yeah, yall can cling on to that leader board like its your lifes.

Gross, I never had fun in those. I always had more fun in the skirmish 3 guild 10-20 person guild battles. During live not many people's computers could handle 180 people in the same area fighting, mine would implode at around 100.

That being said, with the way aon works on here 60v60v60 would blow nutsack.

honestly, i have no idea why i play this game. at first it was the nostalgia.. but now i think I'm just fucked in the head.

there are so many good games out there.

and i fucking hate grinding exp, camping items, etc..

You should try dark souls 2 for xbox one/ps4, comes out in April, if you are looking for a casual game to have fun with when not playing eq.

The new updated game is already out for PC/xbox 360/ps3 but the entire game comes out for xbox one/ps4 with all expansions so everyone will be starting fresh there.

aon def makes mass pvp crazy for melee characters

but with assist/dispells/casters its really not that bad

the best fight in server history was recorded by nilbog (180 people in dreadlands)
