Black Screen at Launch Titanium

I just ran into this exact same problem when I was reinstalling the game. Is the game opening in full screen mode? Add the line " WindowedMode=TRUE " in your eqclient.ini. This fixed it for me. You can easily change the window resolution in the options in game.
