Well my idea would be programmed into the server itself. Once the time ran out, you wouldn't be able to login on those accounts until your time bank was refreshed. Also, like I said it was just an idea for a server, nothing i'd want implemented here.

After reading your response, it's clear you didn't read the entirety of the idea before dismissing it anyway.
