Default Trojan Virus

So I'm coming back to P99 after quite a long hiatus and I'm reinstalling P99 on my desktop. I've done everything correctly thus far, and even reinstalled a couple times till I figured out what the problem was. My issue initially was that I kept getting the spell file error once I logged into the game. I just realized that upon downloading the V36 patch files, whenever I extract these into my EQ folder, the dsetup.dll file gets blocked by my antivirus and it shows that it contains a Trojan Virus. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. I've downloaded the game with ease in the past, so not sure wtf is going on with this. Any tips?

dsetup.dll is p99's built-in anti-cheat software. It's basically a rootkit that scans your active processes.

Add an exception to it in your av software or just disable it since most av software is garbage and the built-in windows shit is more than enough.
