He's just borrowing the gear from Chest tho. BDA doesn't actually award loot to its members - everything belongs to the guild and you are simply using it. If you ever leave the guild (why Why WHY????), you will hear from a bunch of retards about how all that gear isn't actually yours and should be returned.
