INT casters get theirs every four levels (1, 4, 8, 12, 16, etc). That's where your confusion comes from.
WIS casters (clerics, shamen and druids, paladins too eventually) get their spells every five levels. So your spells are available at 1, 5, 9 and then every five levels (so 14, 19, 24, 29, etc.). So hold on to those spells and use them when you're level five! Oh. And make sure you're using a "classic" spell list when looking at which spells you can use when. There are huge differences between what is "classic" and available here and what you find on Live.
