Have to agree with Master Roshi, HP, STR gear is key at low levels and AC is a close third. AGI is not much of a worry unless as others have said you are under that threshold. Also don't forget the hp bind wound trick of taking off the hp gear binding wound upto your max then putting the gear back on. Should get you past that pesky 50% (at lower lvls) cap just make sure you have more hps than the gear you are stripping off lol.
