It isn't being hosted on US servers. It is using Coudfare or something like that which is US developed technology and it means information is relayed through American servers. Literally took 20 seconds to google and find that out.

Relaying shmelaying - point is the info is passing through physical hardware in the US and that's a bad thing if you are up to no good :P
