It does give an edge to pvp I will admit that, I'm not sure how big of an advantage it gives with 60s pvp since I have never been in that range. Suppose I should simply try it more and judge for myself /shrug.

I think any race could be any class in eq2.. cant remember though. it was great at release, but it went to shit rapidly
