You could try getting the testament of vanear with this halfling illusion. It doesn't last more than a minute or two so you'd need to be quick.

half ling quest mask helps boost your faction, you get it as a single charge from the disciple neck quest, also wolf form should help you don't talk to any paladins or anything for it.
