this problem is created by sellers who don't actually say up front how much PP they want for an item.
they do this because they don't to screw themselves out of getting more PP for an item than they were could've potentially gotten from someone who was willing to pay more, so they are deliberately vague. the result ends up with passive aggressive bickering like the interaction seen in OP. | ||
