if TMO and IB really cared about competition, they would descend into Class R and start sniping mobs from the rotation. They are too afraid, so instead they stay in Class C, getting their welfare pixels that they don't have to share with anyone else.

my sources tell me that Europa was doing a Fear raid, draco popped and IB swooped in to kill it, pulled draco on top of Europa's camp, draco fear made the pets go nuts, draco eventually dies and Europa got flagged.
