Make all raid mob spawns into camps with a PH on a spawn timer the same as the timer of the zone it's in and that PH requires a raid force to kill.

Make the % chance to the mob spawning inline so that a raid force camping the PH 24/7 has the same chance of seeing it as if it were its normal week spawn or whatever it happened to be.

Make the raid mob camps follow the same rules as ordinary camps.

Then, create a Hall of Neckbeard Fame commemorating all of the people who keep that shit locked down so that they may be properly revered in all of their pixel glory.
