Ego's are the problem. Lite does not anyone else to run a guild he is in. He inhibits the possible growth of guilds he is in.

Other core members of azrael do not want to take orders or anything from anyone besides a select few.

If you want to be in a guild that can progres and compete need to check you Ego.

Also need to change your play style. The server is changing. The hardcore grief fest is a thing of the past.
