Dunno if you'll get banned or not, but I heard someone got banned briefly just for making a corpse named Robin Williams. I'm no GM, but if being offensive to a single dead human gets you a temp ban, I'd hope being offensive to an entire race of humans would get you a perma-ban.

Well i would make an all human guild to control Paineel but I can see how that would be misinterpreted as racist. Play the race card much?

Is it banable to create an all erudite guild and roll as such? ie: use appropriate slang and act as african americans do? Just asking cause that's how we wanna roll and dont want to put in the effort if we are just gonna get banned in 5 min.

The reason this is a bad idea and you will be banned is because this isn't actually role playing. Nothing about the lore of erudites would allow you to do this in game. Even if you played it as rebellious teenage angst, its all based on RL stereotypes. So I hope you do it and also eat a ban. The humor level will be real low on this one.
