Xbox controller has 12 buttons plus the dpad you can assign 4 more keys. With the cursor switch over he showed plus assigning a button to right mouse click you'd be good, it'd be slow to loot your corpse but regular mobs wouldn't be an issue.

the only thing classic i want is the feeling of an actually difficult MMO, one that doesnt just respawn you when you die, or teleport to whichever corner of the world you want to go. i was playing EQ the other day when my f buddy showed up un announced, so i had to run from oasis to tunnel to meet a guildy to do a xfer really quick before i logged. she was sitting watching me while i finished this off, she said what is the point of this game? all you are doing is running. the bonus is nostalgia, and i get that from P99. i then showed her the Norrath map on wiki and explained how it could take hours to run from one continent to another, etc. She was blown away.

I would love to have epic graphics with the EQ model and difficulty, but it just doesn't exist in MMO's today.

That's pretty cool. As far as I can tell a 360 controller has 16 reliable buttons and 20 total. The 4 unreliable would be the 4 in between directions on the dpad. Not bad.

my dropbox is full, maybe i could email the file to you? in any case, to configure the right click for right stick, go to edit the right stick settings, and add another binding to it. do this on the 'click' stick button, and tell it to read un-click as hold right click on mouse. so, to toggle it, i hit my left trigger which is also hold right click mouse, this will free the mouse. to set it back, click the stick down and it when it releases it will hold right click. shoot me a message if you want the file.
