Game Mechanics: Guard Valon in West Commonlands is bugged

Guard Valon in Western Commonlands is bugged. Valon is having extended times of not responding to "Hails" and not crediting turn-ins with the Orc Pick quest. Killing him and having him respawn does not fix the problem.

Could not replicate.

Works fine on both pve and pvp servers.

it worked earlier today, now, at 3:47pm pacific time, he is once again unresponsive. there is something wrong with him, I am actually standing on top of him when I hail him.

I tried this on red a couple days ago and he also just ate my orc picks with no reward. Human with apprehensive faction that should've worked.

Hi Nilbog, trying right now and he's unresponsive. Cons amiable to me in skeleton form, apprehensive in normal DE form. I should still be able to do the orc picks though either way.
