My wife asks a few times a year if she can quit her job and be a stay at home mom. The sad thing is if I agreed to it, the house wouldn't look any cleaner than it is today. She just doesn't want to work.

I seriously don't understand why people even choose to reproduce anymore. Jobs are disappearing day by day. The gap in wealth is slowly becoming such that you either make a lot of money or you make just enough to survive. Kids to most people just seem like an annoyance anyways....they cost a shit ton of money....and you can never be sure of the stability of the economy anymore. What more rational do you need NOT to have kids?
