Plat actually has the width of about 4 EQ units when dropped on the ground, iirc.
Qeynos Docks to Freeport Docks is about 110,000 units? I'd have to count. So it wouldn't take that much plat to span Norrath. Earth on the other hand, if you were to convert things to scale, 1 EQ unit is about equal to 1.2 foot. Norrathian humans are 5 units in scale, and the average human male in Earth can be rounded up to 6 feet. To travel the earth at the equator is about... 131482560 feet. It would take approx. 438 million and some odd plat to make a straight line of platinum across the middle around the earth. Better get farming Jeremy.
