You realize you're arguing my point by agreeing with it right? A lot of the "non classic" quality of life things being removed by FQ crusaders were actually fixes and improvements implemented by the original dev team to correct their own mistakes.

Thank you for the in depth critical analysis of my post.

Taking some time away and viewing things from afar lets you see where the real problems with this server are. Post after post of stupid shit in the bug report forums, players banned for RMT multiple times who show up within 2 days in a decked out toon again, the same handful of stupid retards in a blood feud over who will kill PD for the 200th time, etc.

Biggest issue with R99? The playerbase. And not who you think. It's not the bad apples, the cheaters, the RMTers...its everyone else who continually refuses to hold them accountable and lets them back into their guild with open arms time and time again. The reason I don't play anymore isn't because I don't love EQ the same way I always have, it's because no matter which side I pick there are insufferable douchebags who would have been run off of any legit server years ago.
