I enjoy bacon but I think it's pretty overrated and overused now. Plus I already have a muffin tin if I decide I want to make a little bowl out of bacon. Bacon will remain an occasional complement to a solid breakfast or burger for me - not an edible dish.

Mustard is like garlic in that a little bit can do a lot. Mainly it's the cheddar, bacon, and turkey working together.
