It has been this way for quite a while on P99. Seems that the issue with bandaging is on a "not too important" list, or it's not so easy as we think it is to fix.
Tho an easy fix of the mage spell summon Bandage from the current fixed 5 pieces, to the way it was on live where it scaled by lvl up to a max of a full stack(20) wich have been braught up several times, seems also to be lost in nothingness | ||
