Another Zone crashing and blank serverlist and more issues after v36

I have the same issues like the other ppl.

I'm using LTE at home and EVERY F... TIME i zone i am going LD. When i am trying to log back in, the server list is a) blank b) could not connect to server c) can't get past login screen d) an unknown error occured e) at char selection : Your game is not up to date, please patch

I am getting those errors at EVERY hour on the day. Not just during prime time.
I repatched, the game, installed it completly new, tried no UI and got 3 different EQ folders now.
At work i have no problem logging in and zoning, just at home.

all started with the recent v36 patch.

Can you PLEASE find a solution? Otherwise i am unable to play the game anymore.
