I agree with this. The problem is that the people on the police force are just as affected by this culture as the people on the street.

Until the people realize that you can rob cops too.

When everyone hides inside from the nasties trying to get their stash, 50 policemen will arrive out of nowhere to try to stop an assailant. Behind those shields, that is 50 pockets to pick for you and your gang.

Welfare isn't the problem, its the culture we are becoming, fucking disgusting inbreds of a million different colors, and not enough vigilantes on the news to make anyone think twice about what they are doing. Its just them vs. a cage... and sometimes the cage doesn't seem so bad in comparison to having to fend for yourself.
