Spells: Zoning at low health removes all buffs

Yep this should happen. It was a boon and a curse.

On one hand, you could zone with just a DoT on you and end up on the other side with the DoT removed, saving your life.

On the other hand, you could have just run into some trouble and zoned over to lose your 14 raid buffs and clickies.

This tends to play more of a role in PvP as it is becomes a strategy you can utilize to defend against DoTs that would've killed you. But it also has PvE applications.
