Game Mechanics: Donal's BP taking 30 seconds to cast

After the latest round of patches, Donal's BP is taking 30 seconds instead of the normal 20 seconds to cast. Confirmed with 2 different clerics.

Is it the buff or the heal?

It's not doing the Velious buff that prevents a second BP heal if that's what you're asking.

This could be a developer decision... Seems a bit late of a decision after 3 years with it but, maybe it's better late than never.

If it were an accident I would've assumed they just copied the beta version which is the buff.

I guess, but this nerf sure isn't classic. And not mentioned in patch notes, so I think it's gotta be a bug.

Probably an artifact from the previous beta version (30 second, non-buff) that slipped into the live server.

A Nerf like this wouldn't be mentioned because it would affect the market I think.

Reason I'm guessing it isn't a bug is cause it's just the time increase. Would've thought it would be the time and spell.

But it's possible it uses the correct spell file on live but the item file that contains the cast times was copied from beta? Maybe?

Some dev insight would help though.

This was one of the 2 nerfs to it in Velious, so it shouldn't be active on Blue or Red yet.
