Pathing NPCs Warping and out of Place

NPCs such as merchants in the Outpost in OT are randomly appearing in places they shouldn't.

Right clicking them to shop and when I do they completely dissapear and the shop menu also closes.

Also, the boat in Erud's Crossing is at an altitude of about 1000 feet above sea level, and kicking people off upon zoning [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Having the same issues in Cabilis. Nothing is where it should be. And stuff is warping around constantly.

When I played red this weekend (before patch) Shady and Bubar were not in their regular places in the EC tunnel. Didn't know if that was normal or a new thing?
