Any particular reason you've made the barrier to entry so high? You're practically making this only for people that are well established on the server already. You could make it /random 1000, lower the cost to 3k, and open it up to people who don't have 30k lying around. Same total pool, anyways.

who wants to set up 1000 tickets? plus, 30k is a whole lot lower than the going price on this thing. he's opening this up to more people than have ever been able to have a shot at this item in the past. praise op
