Tested this further, all the spiders have a default attack of ~4 seconds. When Turgurs (75% slow) http://wiki.project1999.com/Turgur's_Insects is added no message other than the standard XX Yawns is given, and the attack rate stays ~4 seconds for them. It should slow to something ~7 seconds. If more information is needed I can try to add to this.
