how to kill Gorenaire with less than 20 people

We've killed Gore im pretty sure 5-8 times now, at least one of those times with under 30 people. A mixture of miscommunication and PVP interference was really all it was.

the gore wipe troll isnt even interesting, like everyone should know how easy it is for a bard to totally screw a gore attempt with just a few bereavements, we certainly did, but we had a bunch of time to kill before the next mob pop, so we screwed around anyways.
