Not sure considering its not ALL/ALL and 255 resist cap is being patched in soon. Still nice to have 50 DR in ranged slot without sacrificing some key hp/mana pieces though. Disease is, for many classes, the hardest resist to raise.

So excited to not have to carry around 7 bags full of resist gear.
