The eqgame error usually means the client is trying to run an unsupported resolution, edit the eqclient.ini and make sure it's a supported resolution (search for mgellan eqclient.ini for more info)

As for reset failed, it's a client issue I've gotten once in a while even on Live, suspect it s a client bug (i.e. not fixable)
