Sorry bud. You seem to have forgotten the mass corruption the server used to have. Xzerion, Cyrius, Amelinda, your buddy Rais, Hobby. Najdorf was one of the cleaner GM's actually... maybe because he only lasted a few months. You talk about the corruption and unfairness of the server now.... you seem to be forgetting the past. However, server is on the decline corruption wise for about 18ish months or so now, probably close to two years. Still hardly compares to what happened in the past. Look at facts. Amelinda and IB leadership profited monetarily with their leaving to EQMac. That isn't representative of GM's running them off the server. That is representative of GM's doing underhanded thing for their mutual benefit. That era was represented by 2 GM's Raid(huge anti-tmo tryhard), and Amelinda(fucking split-personality attention-whore). To say Amelinda was in TMO's camp is an exercise in stupidity. (or maybe you just trying to create your origin mythos when you save the server? right?)

Early days many IB players were allowed to 2-box in exclusion from other guilds. He also got rid of the only GM who actually willingly exposed staff corruption from Cyrius, Hobby, and Xzerion. Rogean has roughly 0 integrity.

The ignorance of Sirken is why I left this server, and until decisions by staff don't boil down to one-sided highly-edited fraps competitions, p99 will continue to erode. I hope they launch that rotation server honestly, so we can see if the two playstyles can stand on their own.
I remember when I quit, Sirken suspended TMO because IB trained themselves in VP. Right after the ruling he poofed, for weeks, unwilling to look at evidence, and unfortunately Sirken seems to be the end-all-be-all for these decisions so there was no one to appeal to. He did the same thing with a player dispute a few months prior, death touching some people because he didn't understand what was going on, only talking to one side, then hiding rather than discuss the issue. It's really hard keeping players that care about the game when decisions are made by people that lack the fortitude to learn from their mistakes. I hope these decisions become public threads with both sides presenting evidence in the future, because right now Sirken is like a drunk parent ignorantly lashing out, unwilling to apologize when he's sobered up. For most of the server this doesn't matter though. Eventually he will kill off the guild he chooses and things will calm down until competition rears its ugly head again.

If raid-related petitions were public can you imagine the rnf? This stuff happens every week. From what I'm told there are retarded petitions constantly. The sheer stupidity of some of the claims would probably have the desired effect of limiting petitions if they were forced to be public, as the people making the claims would be shamed when they didn't hold water.
The only reason I can imagine not wanting raid disputes to be public is if you're trying to game the system and exploit the ignorance of Sirken.

answer to this shit is all pretty simple:
any raid-related petition is entirely 100% public, including any evidence presented and any discussions between involved parties and the GM staff this reinforces the GM staff's position by allowing the discussions and evidence to be reviewed by the public, and also encourages the officers in the involved guilds to not be giant shitheads for the sake of pixels
