Yeah I've had similar happen.

I also had a bug like that after a trade, when I /q'd and got in I had a bag inside another bag (on cursor, put in inventory, and opened it to see another bag icon inside that bag), and the GM's wouldnt reimburse two entire bags of items that poofed. Didnt even want to hear about it.
