Telkorenar is currently trying to cast the same 12 second cast time spell over and over, only meleeing for a split second in between each interrupt and then tries to start casting the same spell again,

[Wed Oct 29 15:17:14 2014] Telkorenar begins to cast a spell.
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:26 2014] Telkorenar regains concentration and continues casting.
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:26 2014] Telkorenar's casting is interrupted!
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:27 2014] Telkorenar begins to cast a spell.
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:39 2014] Telkorenar's casting is interrupted!
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:40 2014] Telkorenar begins to cast a spell.
[Wed Oct 29 15:17:52 2014] Telkorenar's casting is interrupted!

Should be procing a AE dispell and a 400-500ish dmg ae every 12-15 secs,

elk = on CoV faction. Took em down tonight, first try. Mean guy, 150k hp, dispell aoe, 5khp/tick regen, hits around 450's. Need lvl 60 tank, and at least 4 60 clerics with a CH rotation. Gozzrem is currently doing the same thing as Telk, the AE should be a proc every 12-15 secs not a spell they need to cast. Also Gozzrem seems about 100k short on hps

He looks like an ice dragon, you'd figure he'd be vulnerable to fire, but these ape tricksters in VI got us again. Anyhow, he is vulnerable to cold, and not necessary to be in melee range to cast. He seemed to have about 250k hp.

Every 15 seconds, he procs a 500pt cold ae that strips the top buff. Have instant clicky item, and have someone call when the AE has just been cast

Gozzrem casts cleric spells as well as her AoE.
