Pending update,
Added appropriate teeth to the wizard Translocate spells.

Hsargra’s Wrath (wiz) (60) (quest) (added March 27, 2001 patch, with Incarnadine BP Nerf)
Porlos’ Fury (wiz) (60) (quest) (added March 27, 2001 patch, with Incarnadine BP Nerf)

Fixed, pending update.

Note:
-The npcs for these quests are disabled until ~March2001 except for Lawyla, Jualicn, and Tomekeeper Bjordnessin. They will not discuss relevant quest text or take item turn ins until ~March2001. If they shouldn't spawn, will need to know.
-The items required for these quests will drop when it becomes ~March2001.
