If the nizzar debacle is any indicator, it'll take most of the azrael core turning in other people with reciepts, logs, board posts and team speak recordings. Somebody will have to gather all of these and send them to a GM.

Doubt that level of cooperation would even happen and I doubt any evidence like that exists, if it ever existed in the first place
