IIRC, Iksar start at dubious to some (but not all) in Neriak. In particular, there's a guy near the bank who's jealous of scales and tails. Watch out for him.

Thanks for that info! So for a place like Kaladim, how would an Iksar Necro even get to the quest giver, and I would almost imagine the quest giver being kos to me?
