I took down Ratraz recently with my necro and I took all the proper faction hits however, killing him once dropped me from warmly all the way down to indifferently and after handing in 80 bottles of red wine I'm still indifferently. gotta assume the quest is broken and perhaps Ratraz's faction hits are a bit too severe?

Has this been taken care of? I was going to kill Ratraz but if that faction hit is that big I would not want to! Here is a quote about turning in red wine to negate the faction hit :
