and yet we have made no attempts whatsoever to lock anyone out of raid content or taken a single step to lock down all raid mobs. We gave Azrael every chance possible to not arrive at this eventuality.

We were told that that we know the timer's, recruit and contest. Do you really believe that Azrael lacks the numbers to field an appropriate response to our guild's size with over seven guilds allied to them?

No they lack generosity to share the gains with any of there "lower guilds". They created they're own problem by being selfish and greedy and continue to do so

i reached out and tried to be cool about it on 3 occasions before we mass recruited, got rejected every single time

Anyone want to sell their city? Lived in NYC suburbs growing up, and philly for 5 years after undergrad. Kinda want philly again, but the wife wants to try something different for awhile.

we raid when we feel like it, raid attendance is not mandatory, anyone can bow out when they feel like it. Items go to people who need them, gear is evenly distributed. The people rewarded are the ones who put the most work in and are overall more helpful to the guild as a whole.

Not at all, we do not have a DKP system and we would never even contemplate destroying an item before giving it to a member who needs it. Our members do not purchase items from guild bank they are freely given to those who need them.

Biggest difference between Holo and Nihilum (and it is quite significant) is that it isn't a dictatorship and there are more people in leadership positions to share the load. Less snobby from the top, lack of an elitist attitude.

tbo though some of those things are what kept Nihilum on top so long, to the point I think the server became too dependent (see Derubael's post about not disbanding Nihilum after the initial RMT allegations due to fear of killing off the server).
