Start doing things for the newer players instead of relying on them to join other guilds gear up, then quit to join you etc.

I get the whole tight knit crew thing but you have no growth because of it.

They mainly just quit once they were geared.

I don't have a holo alt, but will fully support the decision in whichever God's Work chooses and right now thats backing Holo n friends! Also didn't Azrael absorb a bunch of ex-hokuten and shit? I know theres a lot of azrael players who AREN'T best in slot, The only ones I think mostly are bis are the inner core.
